Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery

Our UK standard delivery uses Royal Mail second class or equivalent and we aim to have your delivery with you within four working days. If you need something more urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out. If you haven’t received your order, get in touch and we will track it down for you.

Our standard shipping cost is a flat rate charge of £3.95.

European customers may find that deliveries will take longer.

Where we ship to

Currently, for some products, we can only ship to addresses within the UK and are unable to sell or ship to addresses outside of these areas. This is due to sales restrictions* rather than costs, so unfortunately it is not possible to bend the rules. Please check individual product listings for any restrictions.


We are happy to accept returns on items that have been unopened and returned within 14 days and refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of goods.



Get in touch with us, quoting your order number, name and address and we will get back to you and get to the bottom of the mystery!

If the item is unopened and in its original state, and reaches us within 14 days from the date of sale, we would be more than happy to issue a refund, credit note or exchange. If the item is faulty, we will issue a refund or exchange for you.

Refunds on returned, unopened items, or faulty goods will be issued within 7 days.
